What is the meaning of life …are you thinking about this ??

Well if you are then you are not alone ….We often think that especially after the holiday season and during the January period so Feb is nearly over ….what have I achieved ? Are my goals that I set for 2017 good enough ? Will I achieve them ? and if I don’t how will I feel ?

Will I typically be hard on myself? Ok… so…say you didn’t get the results totally that you wanted in 2016 …then here’s a few tips that will hopefully get you out of the doldrum ….3 simple tips that will hopefully help you as they help me too..

  1. Embrace the fact that in 2016 you had the drive to take action that you still have the drive to action today !!! Most often than not if we don’t see results ASAP will quit …but embrace and be proud that you have refocused and are shaking things up to better your results ….How ? Have a project that you can work on …that will keep you focused …on your goals.
  2. Experience goodness …what you know aim to help others do the same ….Connect with those that will share what you want to share ….it feels liberating..you will know what I mean when you do it!
  3. The attitude that you have when things don’t go as planned is so important …when you face a challenge somehow you find the strength to move forward ….that is no coincidence. You are designed that way …so when you hit that wall …some how you find that strength to go for it …beating yourself up takes too much energy and time away from what you could be doing to fix it!

So …you have the power to create the meaning of life rather than searching for it ….so don’t get lost outside of it…you have that control within you …
